Is e-Business Cloud POS accredited by FRCS?
Yes. e-Business ERP is an FRCS-accredited POS provider (Accreditation ID P184). Every sale is fiscalised through the FRCS VMS and the receipt prints with the FRCS QR code and SDC invoice number.
What happens to my cloud POS when the internet goes down?
You keep selling. The Offline Windows POS records sales locally and syncs them back to the cloud automatically when the connection returns. For VMS-registered businesses, an E-SDC device fiscalises sales while you are offline.
Does the POS handle layby, gift cards and loyalty?
Yes. You can take a deposit and charge the balance to the customer's account, then collect the rest by instalments through Receipts. Gift vouchers can be sold and redeemed as a tender, and the loyalty scheme lets customers earn and redeem points at the till using their member card.
Can I run several shops on one cloud POS?
Yes. Every branch and till runs in the same workspace, with branch-specific pricing, stock transfers between shops, and X/Z and sales reports per till, per branch and for the whole business.
What hardware do I need?
A Windows PC, laptop or tablet with a modern browser. It works with USB barcode scanners and 72 mm or 80 mm thermal receipt printers, and can also print A4 tax invoices.
